The Hub Model: How It Works
1: Community Mobilization & Sourcing
We drive awareness through door-to-door collection and local engagement to bring plastic to the hubs.
2: Sorting & Pre-Processing
Turning plastic into raw value
Materials are washed, dried, and segregated by type to ensure high-quality feedstock.
3: Compaction & Value Addition
Using specialized machinery, plastic is compacted for efficient transport or processed for immediate upcycling.
4: Market Integration
Everyday products with circular purpose
Processed materials move to our industrial facilities or are sold directly to manufacturers as crushed feedstock.
