Machinery Upgrades ($400,000)

Automating our Mpigi facility to increase feedstock processing capacity from 10 tonnes to 50 tonnes per month.

Hub Replication ($600,000)

Establishing 20 new community-led hubs in regional waste hotspots across Uganda and neighboring countries.

Material R&D ($500,000)

Developing new plastic-composite roofing and flooring tiles to provide a 100% circular housing solution.
