Our facility in Mpigi Town is the industrial heart of our operations. Here, we take the aggregate waste from our community hubs and subject it to rigorous value-addition processes. We don't just recycle; we re-engineer plastic for high-performance applications.
By moving from simple collection to industrial processing, we capture the maximum value of the material, which in turn allows us to pay higher rates to our community collectors and invest back into social programs.
Our heavy-duty shredders process mixed plastics into specific flake sizes (PET, HDPE, PP). These flakes are the primary feedstock for our construction modules and are also sold to industrial partners.
Using heat and pressure, we transform shredded plastic into rigid structural components. This process allows us to create weather-proof board materials and heavy-duty floor tiles that outlast timber and ceramic alternatives.
We work with international R&D partners to certify our recycled materials. Every batch of PET flakes or HDPE regrind is tested for purity, tensile strength, and chemical composition to ensure safety for both housing and furniture applications.
